Product Details
A decaleur is a traditional quick-release mount for a handlebar bag. It keeps the bag low for better handling and keeps the handlebars clear. The Velo Orange fork-mount decaleur mounts on the fork steerer, either below the headset lock nut or within the spacer stack.

A decaleur is a quick-release, not a load-bearing support: the bag must still rest on a front rack or fender, and we recommend at least one strap or elastic cord as well so a big bump can't lift the bag off the receiver.
