The step up from the SL-26. Same idea, alloy cups instead of steel, which shaves a little weight and makes it a straight swap for a Shimano UN55 when you cannot get one.
Sealed cartridge, forged steel body, chromoly spindle. A good call for a nice touring or randonneur build that still runs square taper and deserves better than the entry-level part.
