Why we like it: This one's a whippy little troublemaker. Full rigid, 650b, and light enough on its feet to make you forget you're not supposed to be sessioning that root drop on a "gravel bike." The Olallie platform is happy going anywhere; this build just wants to go there a little faster and feel every rock on the way.

This is a one-off, shop-built Olallie — a good example of just how far the platform can stretch. Green Cerakote frame, matching Kid Thunder fork, and a parts spec that's more mountain bike than most people expect out of an Olallie. SRAM Transmission keeps shifting simple and durable, the AG28 carbon wheels are light without being precious, and 27.5x2.0 Race Kings split the difference between rolling fast and staying planted when the trail gets loose. No fork travel to hide behind — just a stiff frame, a rigid fork, and your line choice.
