Interrupter levers, cross tops, whatever you call them: a second set of brakes up on the flats where your hands already are. Great for gravel, cross, city riding, and anyone who has ever grabbed for the hoods in traffic and wished they were closer.
Forged alloy, stainless pivot, quick-release button, hinged clamp so you don't have to strip the bar to fit them. 31.8mm clamp, about 92g the pair. Short pull, for use with cantilever and caliper brakes.
