Each butt is different.
Your butt is different. A saddle can change your ride and finding one that works for you isn’t as easy as looking up the top reviews online. So, inspired by like-minded shops around the world, we’ve started Seattle’s Saddle Library.
How it works
Step 1 – Chat with Us
Step 1: Browse our selection of saddles online or stop by our shop and talk to one of the Good Weather folks about your saddle concerns and needs. We can talk to you about which saddles we have that might be a good fit for you.
Step 2 – Get a Library Card
Pay $35 to get a “library card” and then start trying saddles. You can try as many saddles as you like for up to one week each (see late policy). If you decide to purchase one of the saddles you’ve tried, you can exchange your library card for $35 off the purchase of the saddle. (see terms)
Step 3 – Test out Saddles
Select a saddle your want to try and let us know. We’ll have it for pick up at the shop.
Terms & Details & FAQ
It is important that you are able to spend enough time with a saddle to really know if it’s your butt-mate and we need to make sure everyone has the same opportunity by encouraging on-time returns of rented saddles. Therefore, we charge a $2.5/day late fee that does not go towards the cost of your saddle.
You can start your membership any time we are open and you can reserve a saddle for pickup online or in person for the next day. We store saddles in our loft showroom and If you want to stop by and see all the saddles available, the
We have a variety of popular and speciality saddles to that include but are not limited to Brooks, Selle Anatomica, Fizik, Fabric…etc. If a saddle you are looking to try is currently checked out we will add you to a waitlist. If we don’t have a saddle you want to try, you can request it and we will do our best to get it for the library as resources allow.
