If you receive an item that is defective, you can return it within 30 days for immediate exchange and Good Weather will pay the ground shipping on defective returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of sale. We reserve the right to inspect an item upon return and if we determine that the item is not defective, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping we paid will be subtracted from the return.
If something goes wrong with a product after 30 days and it is under warranty, we will accept the product for repair or replacement. The customer must pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will pay the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item back to the customer via ground shipping.
Standard Returns & Refunds
If you want to return something you purchased that is unused and Non-defective (you just don’t want it anymore) the refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Used items cannot be returned.
Pre-buy/Down payment items
If you have pre-purchased something from us the same conditions apply as if it were a new product upon delivery to you of the product. Down payments are non-refundable.
Exchanges can be made on unused accessories within 7 days. There is no restocking fee on items returned for exchange towards items of equal or greater value, though shipping costs will apply.
This applies to any purchase other than wheels, complete bikes, and other special order items. There are no returns on wheels, bikes, and special order items.
Items Damaged During Use/Installation
Products that are determined to be damaged during installation can often be repaired. If you’d like to know more please contact us. If you return an item that is damaged and not defective we will send the damaged item back to you or offer to repair the item at cost.
