Powder Coating

Is your bicycle already free from paint? Save $75.
Costs include most powders. A surcharge may be included for certain coats. Prices do not include tear-down/build up of bicycle.

What we do
Steps to Get Your Bike Painted:
Put down a deposit to save your line in the Finishing Queue
Learn about the costs below and contact us if you have any questions. After you put down a deposit, we’ll reach out with an intake questionnaire.
Select Colors/work on Design – We’ll reach out after you submit deposit.
For powder we use Prismatic Powders. For cerakote see there options here.
We can order physical swatches that will show you IRL the actual colors for $15 for a set of 10 to determine your ideal color.
Drop Off/Shipping
Location: Good Weather Chophouse shop or via shipping. If you will be shipping your frame, please contact us.
We can tear-down and rebuild your bicycle for $250 (Includes bike tear-down, build-up, and a tune-up) or you can bring in a bare frame.
Coating Process
We strip the existing paint at our fabrication shop (if needed), and expertly apply the selected coating. You then have the option of use applying frame saver to steel frames before we send them back to the mechanic station.
Turnaround: Typically 2 weeks – 2months depending on complexity and workload.
Pick-up
Your renewed bike awaits! Collect your newly finished bicycle from the shop.
